About the Role: The Field Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of Rev.io’s field marketing programs, including trade shows, live and virtual events, partner marketing activities, direct mail campaigns, and client-facing experiences. This role helps ensure events and campaigns are organized, on-brand, and effectively executed so Marketing can generate leads, support sales pipeline growth, and create meaningful engagement with prospects, partners, and customers.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Rev.io’s field marketing strategy for live events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, direct mail campaigns, partner marketing activities, and client events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including registrations, timelines, vendor communications, shipping, booth materials, collateral, giveaways, travel details, and onsite preparation.
- Assist with trade show paperwork, exhibitor portals, deadlines, sponsorship deliverables, badge registration, hotel blocks, and other administrative event requirements.
- Maintain and organize event materials, branded assets, booth supplies, swag inventory, signage, and collateral to ensure materials are accurate, available, and ready for use.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and internal stakeholders to support event staffing plans, booth schedules, pre-event communications, and post-event follow-up processes.
- Help ensure leads and opportunities from events and campaigns are captured accurately in Salesforce and routed appropriately for sales follow-up.
- Support partner co-marketing programs by coordinating webinar logistics, partner communications, promotional timelines, attendee tracking, and post-event reporting.
- Assist with direct mail campaign execution, including vendor coordination, list preparation, fulfillment tracking, and collaboration with Sales on campaign deployment.
- Provide coordination support for Rev.io’s annual Client Summit and other onsite client events, including timelines, vendor logistics, attendee experience, materials, and budget tracking.
- Track project timelines, task owners, deadlines, and deliverables across field marketing initiatives to help ensure campaigns are completed on time and within scope.
- Assist with event and campaign performance reporting, including attendance, lead capture, engagement metrics, spend tracking, and follow-up status.
- Research potential events, sponsorship opportunities, vendors, tools, venues, and new approaches that may help Rev.io increase brand awareness and generate qualified pipeline.
- Maintain organized documentation, event checklists, campaign trackers, and repeatable playbooks to improve the efficiency and consistency of field marketing execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Operations, and external vendors to deliver polished, professional experiences for prospects, partners, and clients.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, event coordination, demand generation, sales support, or a related role preferred.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, details, and moving parts at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach to internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow through on logistics, documentation, timelines, and administrative tasks.
- Comfortable working with vendors, internal teams, event platforms, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and marketing tools.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, webinar platforms, event platforms, or project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across Marketing, Sales, and other departments.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support trade shows, conferences, client events, and company events as needed.
Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office or remote work environment and may require occasional travel for events, trade shows, conferences, and client-facing activities. Some evening or weekend work may be required during major events or time-sensitive campaign execution. This is a hybrid position in Atlanta, GA.
